We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- To manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented according to standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned section (grill, pastry, sauce, etc.).
- Prepare dishes according to recipes.
- Train and support commis chefs.
- Maintain section cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure mise-en-place readiness.
Working Conditions:
- On-site, fast-paced environment, shifts.
KPIs
- Section performance and consistency.
- Compliance with food safety standards.
- Timely delivery of dishes during service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Culinary qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years professional kitchen experience.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
