Job Title: Chef
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate all food preparation and presentation.
- Plan and prepare a diverse, high-quality menu in line with our restaurant’s style.Â
- Ensure all meals are made to standard, timely, and in a clean, safe kitchen environment.
- Innovate new dishes and seasonal specials to attract and retain customers.
- Uphold hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or lounge setting.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Mininum SSSCE degree is allowed.
- Deep knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Creative flair with a passion for food presentation and taste.
- Applicants must be flexible enough on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proximity to job location is compulsory.
