Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate must be currently working in an accounting firm. be responsible for managing financial reporting, audits, tax planning, compliance, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organisation.
- This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and strategic financial management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain internal controls and support the implementation of financial systems and procedures.
- Provide strategic input on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment management.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute (e.g., ICAN, ACCA}
- Minimum of 4 years of qualified experience in accounting, audit, or financial management
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
