Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Ikoyi, Osborne Foreshore, Lagos

About the Role
- We’re a growing real estate company in Lagos seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA) with 5–6 years’ experience to manage finance operations, statutory reporting and support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory filings and audit requirements
- Reconcile accounts and manage payroll processes
- Support pricing, project accounting and cost control for developments
- Improve finance processes and ERP/accounting system use
Requirements
- Chartered qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent)
- 5–6 years post-qualification experience (real estate or related preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software/ERPs
- Attention to detail, good communication and strong commercial mindset.
