Job Title: CCTV Support Engineer

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Technical Support Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled CCTV Support Engineer to join our technical support team. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and software.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, backups, and system checks.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues, including faults, errors, and performance problems.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical guidance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including technical notes, repair logs, and system configurations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share technical knowledge and expertise with colleagues, including providing training and support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and techniques, including attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Technical Qualification: Hold a technical qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • CCTV Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience working with CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, recorders, and software.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Have excellent troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide technical guidance and support to customers.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
