Job Title: Packer / Waitress

Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Packer to join our restaurant team.
- The Packer will be responsible for accurately assembling, packaging, and preparing food orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- The candidate must ensure all items are correctly packed, well-presented, and meet the restaurant’s quality and hygiene standards before dispatch.
- This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack customer orders based on kitchen output and order tickets.
- Ensure correct portioning, labeling, and packaging of food items.
- Inspect food for presentation and quality before sealing.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area.
- Ensure orders are complete and delivered in a timely manner.
- Report shortages, errors, or damaged packaging immediately.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Previous experience in a food packaging or quick-service restaurant role is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
