Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD Foundation) established in 2019 is a registered non-profit organization with the corporate affairs commission (CAC) with No CAC/IT/NO/139393 in accordance with the Nigerian Law. FRAD work to build the Resilience of vulnerable population especially women and children through provision of emergency live saving and life sustaining assistance and protection services for IDPs and host community members in northeast Nigeria by ensuring that those affected by conflict especially the marginalized groups and individuals have meaningful access to humanitarian assistance without any discrimination. #LEAVING NO ONE BEHIND. We aim to reduce poverty through the provision of sustainable means of livelihood.
FRAD is implementing a WASH, Nutrition, Education, GBV and Child protection, in Northeastern part of Nigeria since 2019. The project aims to deliver Emergency Aid to the Internally Displaces People (IDPs) and the host communities in Damboa, Damasak and MMC LGAs in Borno State.
To support our activities in Borno State and in some LGA’s, we invite Transport service provider’s registered under the Law of Nigeria to participate the pre selection process for registering into FRAD Foundation database of suppliers and service providers for the below listed categories. Applications for entire categories, for combined categories or for single category will be accepted. Please note that a participation in the pre selection process does not impose any obligation on FRAD to request bids from suppliers or service providers.
- Transportation Services (Rental of 4×4 SUV, Truck, Golf wagon,).
The service provision covers the following locations
- Maiduguri Field Office (town services)
- Damasak service
- Damboa township service.
Applications must contain the following documents:
· Company profile
· CAC Certificate
· Tax clearance certificate for 2022
· Proof of previous experience
· Valid means of identification of the company directors
· Filled, sign and stamp whistle blowing guidelines
· Filled, sign and stamp pre-selection questionnaire
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. The closing date for request of the selection document is fixed on 23/09/2023 at 4:30 PM. FRAD
Foundation Head office at the following address No 55 Mandau Street, Bulumkutu Abuja, and Maiduguri Borno State. (Due to urgent needs of these services and supplies tender opening might be on rolling basis)
4. The request of the selection document is not the final stage for awarding the contract.
5. The offer must be submitted to FRAD Foundation Security Desk on arrival department in a sealed envelope with the mention not to be opened before opening date.
6. Unsealed envelope and late offers will not be considered.
7. All documents submitted will be verified and company must be in full compliance with government regulations.
