Job Title: Cabin Crew Member (SYN)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Role Overview
- The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, security, and comfort while delivering exceptional customer service onboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety demonstrations.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable cabin environment.
- Assist passengers with in-flight service and requests.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety protocols.
- Handle minor passenger concerns professionally.
Requirements
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Valid NCAA Cabin Crew License
- Class 2 Medical Certificate from a certified aviation examiner
- Excellent communication skills in English
- No visible tattoos, piercings, or dental braces.
