Primeclass Consult is a management consulting and international investment facilitation firm. We focus on organizing and managing Local and International Conferences, Exhibitions, Seminars, Executive Trainings and Workshops. We also manage specualized consulting services for local and international organizations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Relationship Officer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients. This involves regular communication, understanding their business needs, and acting as their main point of contact.
  • Client Acquisition and Growth: Prospect for and recruit new business customers. They are often responsible for identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Customer Service and Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (like sales, technical support, and operations) to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, including their goals, challenges, and industry trends, to provide relevant and valuable solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Targets: Work to meet specific sales goals and revenue targets, which may be tied to new business acquisition or the growth of existing accounts.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions, transactions, and sales activities, often using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with internal teams to ensure that the company’s products and services are aligned with the strategic needs of the clients.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree orHNDin business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
  • 3years – 7years Cognate experience

Key Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication is crucial for building rapport, presenting solutions, and negotiating with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal and Empathy Skills: The ability to listen actively, understand client perspectives, and respond with empathy is essential for building and maintaining trusting relationships.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: A strong sales orientation with the ability to persuade and influence clients to meet targets. This includes negotiating contracts, pricing, and service terms.
  • Problem-Solving: The capacity to quickly identify issues, think creatively, and find effective solutions for clients, often in high-pressure situations.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: The role requires managing multiple accounts simultaneously, so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to keep track of deadlines, client information, and follow-ups.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met and to resolve issues efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
