Job Title: Business Operations and Partnership Analyst

About the Role
- This is a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives within the organization.
- As a business operations analyst, you will leverage data-driven insights to improve operations, enhance decision-making, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.Â
- You will be heavily involved in the overall operations of the business while ensuring that the operations and strategies are implemented as we continue to scale and meet the ever-growing demands of our merchants and the business
What You’ll Be Doing
- Â Analyze and evaluate business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement..Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.Â
- Â Work with the data team to Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.Â
- Create detailed business reports, including financial performance, partner trends, and operational efficiency.Â
- Forecast operational needs and trends to guide resource allocation and strategic planning.Â
- Â Identify opportunities for automation of routine tasks to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.Â
- Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to foster business growth and expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
- Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Ensure that all partnership agreements are well-defined, legally sound, and align with the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute partnership contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
- Document processes and maintain operational standards for scalability.Â
- Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives and projects.Â
- Â Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with business goals.Â

What You’ll Need
- 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within a financial services environment.Â
- Proficient in data analysis toolsÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Â
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
