Currently in our startup phase, we are committed to offering high-quality gadgets at affordable prices. Our mission is to expand our operations across other states in Nigeria and into additional African countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager / Partner

Locations: Uyo – Akwa Ibom, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Calabar – Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • This role will be instrumental in driving growth and success by fostering strong relationships with our customersand contributing to strategic business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and project delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on business-related matters.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, HND or ND in business administration, marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Gadgetbusiness operations and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Compensation and Benefits

  • In addition to a monthly salary, the selected candidate will receive a share in the business and become a co-owner of the company.
