HR-Aid Consults – Our client, a fashion brand in Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager (Female)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire store, operations and activities
  • Responsible For Opening and Closing Store
  • Responsible for managing employees and ensuring their Duties and KPI duties are followed through and implemented responsibly
  • Responsible for care And Maintenance of Company Properties and Asset (All Assets, Diesel Gauge, Generator Scheduling maintenance etc.)
  • Responsible For ensuring machines are maintained and functions properly
  • Responsible For Production Sop’s Checks
  • Responsible for Quality SOP Checks and Quality Control Checks Before Final Inspection and Packing.
  • Responsible For All Operation Sop Checks Ensure that all the company needs to run a Smooth Effective and Efficient Production Is on Ground A Week Before Production Over All Management of Staff and attending to Staff Complaints
  • Overseeing Good Customer Experience at Its Optimal Level.
  • Responsible For Holding Weekly Staff Meetings and managing Staff on A Daily basis Submit a Daily Report by Close of Day Every Day to Ensure Daily Targets Are Met.
  • Compile A Weekly Summary of Activities of the office In General Weekly.
  • Close Monitoring of Production with Head Tailors.
  • Compile Shared Excel Sheet of Petty Cash for The Month Follow Up with Clients and any other administrative duties in the case staff assigned is not able to Handle the Situation.
  • Ensure That All Daily Cash Sales are submitted and paid Into Companies Accounts.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / B.A / Master’s Degree with 3 – 4 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N220,000 Monthly.
