Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients, including individuals, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and travel groups.
  • Conduct outbound activities such as cold-calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, emphasizing the agency’s unique selling points.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track all activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by the marketing team to ensure timely engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide insights to the management team to enhance service offerings and strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet individual and team goals.
