Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
- As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the hospital.
- Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop strategic partnerships, attract new patients, and explore opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a brand awareness and positioning initiatives.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential healthcare partners, referring physicians, and medical professionals.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new patients and expand our healthcare services.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present marketing materials like business proposals and power point presentations
- Provide strategic periodic reports to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of business strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards and ensure that the facility keeps up to date on them.
- Work closely with the executive team to align business development efforts with the hospital’s strategic goals.
- Work with social media team to develop and implement publicity strategies and campaigns for the hospital’s social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving business development goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
