Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales for our Talent Outsourcing and Offshoring services.
- The ideal candidate has a proven record of securing international and local clients, building strategic relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of outsourcing and offshoring services across key markets
- Identify and build strong relationships with decision-makers in global businesses
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams for service delivery
- Conduct market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events and thought leadership platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s is a plus)Â
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, preferably in HR services, BPO, offshoring, or staffing
- Strong understanding of outsourcing/offshoring models
- Experience selling services to global clients or enterprise organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
