Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly skilled in converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the securities, capital markets, and investment advisory segments.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, brokers, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead the preparation of pitch books, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Research, Portfolio Management, and Compliance teams to develop tailored investment solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.
- Represent the firm at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 5 years work experience.
