Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of conversions in the Consumer Electronics and Gadgets industries.
- The successful candidate will drive sales growth in two key areas:
- Consumer Electronics/Telecoms: B2B, B2C, and B2G sales
- Gadget Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in all three areas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related).
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in the Consumer Electronics and Gadget industries.
- A hands-on resource with management experience and own network for sales conversion.
- Proven track record of sales conversions and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in Lagos.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G sales.
- Familiarity with training program sales and activation.
