We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies that drive financial results and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new markets and customer needs through strategic research
  • Schedule and lead business meetings with prospects
  • Promote our IT and ERP solutions including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Office365, Cloud Hosting, and Software Development Projects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Draft and manage sales contracts aligned with legal standards
  • Mentor junior sales staff into top performers

Requirements

  • A BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Proven track record in IT solution and ERP sales
  • Strong background in customer support and B2B sales
  • Experience selling to mid-to-large size businesses and government clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.

Salary
N400,000 Gross + HMO + Commission.
