Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company’s presence in the real estate market.
  • The role requires fostering relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will collaborate with teams to develop strategies that meet customer needs and achieve the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, client needs, and real estate trends.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and increase revenue.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to management on market activities and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze market data and create effective strategies.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly plus other benefits and sales commissions.
