Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in engineering or industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of engineering components and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
