Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic expansion efforts in our organization.
  • This role requires a motivated individual with a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to increase revenue, and driving operational efficiency to support business objectives.
  • This position is critical to enhancing brand visibility, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials to support business pitches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
