Job Description

  • A leading provider of Security and AI Solutions with operations in Lagos, is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to oversee sales of Security and AI Solutions in Nigeria and contribute to the growth of the existing business.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales (preferably Cyber Security), excellent business acumen, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and marketing operations.
  • Generate and convert new business leads within the Security and AI Solutions space.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Accounts, Administration) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in software or security solution sales.
  • Demonstrated experience selling Perimeter Security Devices or related IT solutions.
  • Strong digital marketing and presales skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and process-driven.
