The Thriving Stellar Woman Initiative (TSWI) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering underserved women and girls through entrepreneurship, digital skills and vocational training.
The organization was established in response to the socio-economic barriers that prevent many women and girls, especially those from low-income and marginalized communities, from becoming economically stable. Recognizing entrepreneurship as a powerful tool for economic independence, TSWI equips women and girls with practical skills, relevant information and support systems that enable them to build sustainable livelihoods.
