Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Ikeja, Ikoyi and Eleko / Ibeju, Lagos

Job Summary

- We are seeking intelligent graduates with a good first Degree/Higher National Diploma who are energetic and able to think strategically to create opportunities and solve problems.
Location
- Office: Ikeja and Ikoyi, Lagos
- Factory: Eleko, Lagos State.
Key Responsibilities
- Market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends for business generation and growth;
- Establish strategic alliances with opportunities generated to drive mutual growth and access new markets;
- Collaborate with technical teams to innovate and improve agro-processing products and services;
- Ensure alignment between production capacities and market demands by liaising with supply chain and production teams;
- Track progress of business development initiatives and report on key performance indicators(KPIs);
- Work with vendors and subject matter experts to develop costing and budget for projects;
- Organize and manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met;
- Write and maintain daily project reports.
Key Requirements for Role
- First Degree / Higher National Diploma with relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving,
- Able to proactively address potential issues independently
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite,
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude,
- Positive and encouraging personality,
- Able to work independently with little supervision,
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic,
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success,
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks,
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment,
- Ability to finish and complete tasks along desired goal,
- Experience in related field (added advantage),
- Ability to Travel on short notice.
