Vitel has a Private Network Lines (Local Exchange Operator) service license and has had experience in the telecommunication business. Our vision is to leverage the dominance of large telecom operators in delivering cost-efficient services and establish interoperability with these operators for new, fast-growing services to the consumer.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive marketing-led growth within the telecommunications sector.
  • This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing campaigns and outreach.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and offers.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years experience in business development or marketing, preferably in telecom.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive campaigns that convert to revenue.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
