Job Description

  • A Sales Representative in an academy focuses on promoting and selling educational programs and services to prospective students, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
  • This role involves identifying potential leads, presenting program information, handling inquiries, and guiding students through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and contacting potential students through various channels like cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries.
  • Needs Assessment: Understanding the educational goals and needs of prospective students to recommend suitable programs.
  • Presenting Programs: Articulating the features and benefits of the academy’s programs, highlighting how they meet the student’s needs.
  • Relationship Building: Developing rapport with prospective students, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
  • Sales Closing: Guiding students through the enrollment process, managing paperwork, and securing their commitment to the program.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining contact with enrolled students, providing support, and fostering a positive learning experience.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding established sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Tracking sales activities, documenting interactions with students, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Working with other academy staff, including instructors and administrative personnel, to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
