Job Description
- A Sales Representative in an academy focuses on promoting and selling educational programs and services to prospective students, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
- This role involves identifying potential leads, presenting program information, handling inquiries, and guiding students through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:Â Identifying and contacting potential students through various channels like cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Needs Assessment:Â Understanding the educational goals and needs of prospective students to recommend suitable programs.
- Presenting Programs:Â Articulating the features and benefits of the academy’s programs, highlighting how they meet the student’s needs.
- Relationship Building:Â Developing rapport with prospective students, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- Sales Closing:Â Guiding students through the enrollment process, managing paperwork, and securing their commitment to the program.
- Customer Relationship Management:Â Maintaining contact with enrolled students, providing support, and fostering a positive learning experience.
- Sales Target Achievement:Â Meeting or exceeding established sales goals and performance metrics.
- Reporting:Â Tracking sales activities, documenting interactions with students, and providing regular reports to management.
- Market Research:Â Staying informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration:Â Working with other academy staff, including instructors and administrative personnel, to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
