Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Ikeja, Ikoyi (Office) and Eleko (Factory) – Lagos
Description
- We are seeking passionate and forward-thinking professionals to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable agriculture and food innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends for business generation and growth;
- Establish strategic alliances with opportunities generated to drive mutual growth and access new markets;
- Collaborate with technical teams to innovate and improve agro-processing products and services;
- Ensure alignment between production capacities and market demands by liaising with supply chain and production teams;
- Track progress of business development initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Work with vendors and subject matter experts to develop costing and budget for projects;
- Organize and manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met;
- Write and maintain daily project reports.
Key Requirements
- Candidates should possess a good First Degree / Higher National Diploma
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving,
- Able to proactively address potential issues independently
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic,
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
- Ability to finish and complete tasks along desired goal
- Experience in related field (added advantage).
- Ability to Travel on short notice.
- Must be energetic and able to think strategically to create opportunities and solve problems.
