Job Summary 

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our client.
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the airline and ticketing sector, with a proven track record of 3-5 years of experience driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships as a BDE.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the airline and ticketing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, and other industry partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive/corporate sales within the airline and ticketing or travelling agencies is a MUST
  • In-depth knowledge of the airline industry, ticketing systems, and distribution channels.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary
N400,000 Monthly.
