Job Summary
- We are excited to announce an opening for a friendly and detail-oriented Business Analyst, specializing in Land Transportation, to join our team at Dangote Cement Plc.
- As a Business Analyst in the Land Transportation division, you will play a vital role in analyzing and optimizing our transportation operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data related to our land transportation activities, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance our transportation processes.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, operations, and IT, to gather information, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in our land transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to land transportation activities.
- Identify areas for improvement in transportation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize land transportation processes.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation operations.
- Support the implementation of process improvements in land transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in land transportation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
