- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Analyst – ERP & IT to join our dynamic team.
- You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams, top management, and ERP developers to design, refine, and implement robust ERP solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and process owners to gather, define, and translate business requirements into user stories and technical documentation.
- Maintain a structured and prioritised ERP enhancement tracker (wish list) and oversee implementation timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Define product features and detailed specifications to ensure development teams deliver high-impact, user-centred solutions.
- Collaborate with IT/development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
- Drive roadmap planning, including feature prioritisation, scalability considerations, and business requirement alignment.
- Serve as the liaison between users and the technical team to bridge gaps in understanding and execution.
- Monitor project execution, communicate progress updates, and adjust priorities based on business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or ERP Process Developer within an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
- Experience communicating roadmaps, development progress, and stakeholder updates.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Agile certification (Scrum Product Owner, Agile BA, etc.) is a plus.
