Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary
- You will bridge the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring the successful completion of analytical, testing, and deployment tasks.
- Reporting to the Lead of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in delivering insights and solutions to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modelling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and create detailed documentation of business requirements.
- Design business process and data models to illustrate current and future states.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through validation and monitoring.
- Perform quality assurance and manage changes to business requirements with impact analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance operations.
- Liaise with product teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to define and implement data-driven solutions.
- Support business forecasting by preparing and reviewing performance and process reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, data transformation processes, and data governance.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with software development and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
