Job Title: Branding and Communication Specialist
Location: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and overall identity to align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Provide expert guidance on brand storytelling, visual identity, and digital presence.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Create strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and brand perception.
- Advise on marketing campaigns, content strategy, and communication plans.
- Support internal teams with branding best practices and implementation strategies.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Marketing Consultant, or in a similar external advisory role.
- Strong expertise in brand development, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior analysis.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic insights tailored to business goals.
