Job Title: Brand Strategist (Fashion House)
Location: Agungi, Lekki – Lagos
Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Reports To: Creative Director & Management Team
Role Overview
- We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking, and highly creative Brand Strategist to help shape and elevate our brand.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media Team, and the Management Team to develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with our audience, amplify our brand identity, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven brand strategies that align with our overall goals and positioning in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and social media team to ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all channels.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and brand opportunities.
- Drive and lead the creation of impactful brand campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and marketing activations.
- Identify and pitch strategic collaborations, brand partnerships, and influencer
- relationships that align with our brand DNA.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings with internal teams to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, customer feedback, and market response to continuously refine and improve brand strategies.
- Ensure branding consistency in all customer touchpoints – from social media and packaging to events and in-store experience.
- Translate complex brand visions into clear visual and verbal messaging in collaboration with designers and content creators.
- Present brand strategy insights and campaign outcomes to management with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or Community Manager – ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of fashion/luxury market dynamics, audience psychology, and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting compelling messaging.
- Proficiency in brand positioning, content ideation, campaign strategy, and consumer behavior analysis.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with creatives,
- marketers, and leadership.
- Self-starter, innovative thinker, and results-driven professional.
- Must reside on the Island, Lagos.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- A deep passion for fashion, luxury, and contemporary trends
