Job Title: Brand Manager – Real Estate
Location: Ok-Ado, Ibadan – Oyo

Job Description
- Conducting market research
- Sales Drives and clients base management
- Reconciliation on sales & payment plan
- Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies
- Lead marketing team members through campaigns
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Developing brand strategies
- Evaluate brand integration and sponsorship opportunities
- Overseeing advertising and promotional activities
- Innovation and improvement
- Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders
- Managing budgets to support branding efforts
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Qualifications
- Must an Bs.c / HND holder in any field of study.
- Experience: 3 years experience in Real estate or managerial level.
- Must be knowledgeable in work with Microsoft packages.
- Must understand the real estate market trend.
- Must be well condinated and optimistic.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
