Job Title: Brand and Creative Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns, content creation, media monitoring, calendar events, supports brand consistency across internal and external platforms, and stakeholder engagement activities that align with the organization’s brand, values, and business goals and contributes to compelling storytelling that aligns with the organization’s business objectives
Responsibilities
- Planning and Execution of calendar events within MCC Team
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders e.g vendors
- Management of the company’s Instagram Page. This includes content creation, and platform engagement/interaction.
- Collaborate in driving the creation of engaging, brand-aligned internal communications across multiple platforms (intranet, email, website, etc.)
- Collaborating in planning and the execution of corporate events
- Plan and execute CSR programs
- Ensure synchronization/uniformity of the Brand assets across the Group
- Maintain MCC calendars, project trackers, and performance dashboard
- Assist in drafting internal communications, press releases, newsletters, and executive communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BSc) in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possession of an advanced degree (e.g., MA, MSc) or an MBA is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in digital communications, platform or content management, brand marketing, or internal communications is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within a corporate communications or brand environment and collaborating across functions (e.g., IT, Marketing, PR, HR) will be highly beneficial.
