Job Description
- The Brand and Communications Manager is responsible for crafting and executing communication strategies that shape a company’s brand image and messaging.
- To ensure consistency across all communication channels and work to build brand awareness and positive perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies:
- This includes defining the brand’s voice, tone, and style across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging:
- This involves aligning all communication efforts with the brand’s core message and values.
- Oversee content creation:
- This includes developing compelling content for various media outlets, such as press releases, social media, and website content.
- Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts to secure positive coverage.
- Lead crisis communication which includes developing and implementing strategies to protect the brand’s reputation during crises.
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness by tracking and evaluating the performance of communication campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working with marketing, PR, product, and sales teams to align communication efforts.
- Manage external agencies and vendors by overseeing the work of external partners to ensure high-quality communication outputs.
