Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Branch Manager to lead our care support agency in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care services, and driving brand awareness in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility and reputation of the branch within Lagos.
- Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of care support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Training & Development: Quickly learn new processes and effectively train staff to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a Health related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably within the care support or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience in training and developing staff.
- Knowledge of the local market in Ibadan is a plus.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
