Job Title: Banking Operations Manager

Job Description
- As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee and optimize the day-to-day operational activities of the finance department.
- You’ll ensure efficiency, compliance, and smooth functioning of all operational processes while leading a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain operational processes and workflows, continuously identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions and develop and enforce risk management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including payments, reconciliations, and reporting, while managing cash flow and liquidity in coordination with finance teams.
- Lead operational improvement projects and initiatives, managing cross-functional teams to implement new processes or systems and develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, preparing regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
- Ensured high-quality service delivery to internal and external clients, resolved escalated issues, and maintained strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in financial operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, trading platforms).
Salary
N500,000 – N650,000 / Month.
