Job Title: Baker – Viennoiserie Specialist
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary
- We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Baker with expertise in Viennoiserie to join our team at Chocolat Royal.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of viennoiserie products from scratch, including but not limited to:
- Croissants
- Pain au chocolat
- Danishes
- Brioche
- Donuts.
- Ensure precise lamination and dough preparation techniques for optimal product quality.
- Follow best practices in proofing, baking, and finishing to maintain high standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate inventory needs proactively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- 1 – 3 years proven experience baking viennoiserie items in a professional kitchen or bakery.
- Strong understanding of dough lamination and fermentation processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
