Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation systems for cement manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct system troubleshooting and maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
  • Ensure all control systems are compliant with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze control system performance to recommend improvements and upgrades.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures within automation systems.
  • Generate and maintain documentation for systems and processes as per regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation, instrumentation, and control systems within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of process control principles and instrumentation.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial automation equipment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations pertaining to automation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
