Job Title: In-Store Customer Sales Person
Locations: Ikeja & Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are hiring Customer Service / Retail Representatives for their retail outlets in Lekki and Ikeja.
- This role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Candidates must be professional, technically competent, and flexible with shift-based work.
- Internship opportunities are also available for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in retail.
Responsibilties
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Respond to inquiries in-store, via phone, email
- Process sales, returns, and resolve basic customer issues
- Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Support daily store operations, stock management, and admin tasks
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- OND / HNDÂ in any relevant discipline
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service or retailÂ
- Excellent communication and diction
- Technically competent (POS, emails, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Must be willing to work shifts and weekends as required
- Reside within a reasonable distance from Lekki or Ikeja
- No accommodation provided.
Benefits
- Salary: N75,000 monthlyÂ
- Transportation allowance: N15,000.
