We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Auto Mechanic Supervisor
Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop mechanics.
- Perform hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on forklifts, trucks, and Hiab equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and promptly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Manage workshop tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records.
Requirements
- B.Eng. / HND with 10 years+ experience.
- Significant hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of forklifts, trucks, and Hiab is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
