Requirements
- B.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Finance)
- 2 – 4 years of experience in ATM operations or electronic banking
- Good knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and connectivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
