Role Summary
- We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the construction sector.
- The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineer or Builder with strong industry knowledge and an established professional network.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Building Technology.
- Member of NSE or NIOB
- 4-5 years experience in building materials sales
- Age between 27 and 40 years
- Strong network of construction professionals in Lagos andIbadan
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Passion for selling, customer engagement, and revenue generation
- Ability to leverage technical background to influence buying decisions.
