We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas).
  • Coordinate housing for foreign employees.
  • Develop and implement safety and security protocols.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in facility management.
  • Strong understanding of facility maintenance and repair.
  • Experience managing facilities with foreign employees.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
