Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas).
- Coordinate housing for foreign employees.
- Develop and implement safety and security protocols.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in facility management.
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance and repair.
- Experience managing facilities with foreign employees.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
