Job Title: Assistant Drilling Supervisor (Night Company Man)

Description
- Maintain safe, continuous night operations, holding the line on program, barriers, and quality.
- Lead night shift; conduct toolbox talks; ensure handover quality.
- Monitor well parameters and alarms; initiate shut-in per program; execute well control first actions.
- Verify tallys, cement volumes, mud properties, hydraulics; sign-off on night DOR.
- Escalate deviations/abnormal trends; prepare next-day look-ahead with the day Company Man.
Job Requirements
- 7+ yrs rig-site D&C
- IWCF L3/4
- BOSIET/HUET
- H2S.
