We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Asset Integrity Planner
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Permanent/Full time
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive maintenance schedules for all critical assets, including pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and rotating equipment.
- Plan and coordinate routine and non-routine inspections.
- Generate and prioritize work orders based on risk assessments, asset criticality, and inspection findings.
- Determine and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) required for the execution of maintenance and inspection activities.
- Analyze inspection and maintenance data to identify trends, assess asset conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., API 510, API 570, API 580, ASME Plant Inspector) is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset integrity planning, maintenance planning, or a related role within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience in the application of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies and asset integrity management systems (AIMS).
