Job Summary
- A creative and visual problem solver with passion for high-level design, typography, imagery, and diverse visual communication principles for strategic storytelling.
- Responsible for everything from original concepting of new designs and identities, to client workshop participation and strategic sessions, and diverse print and digital production.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for Poke and its clientele
- Collaborate with the creative team, internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
- Shall be responsible for creating accurate costing and delivering programs within budgets.
- Stay current on industry trends.
- Producing diverse, highly imaginative print and digital media, with an eye for both fine detail and macro storytelling.
- Conceptualization and origination of concepts, then follow-through to execution, and ● templated work.
- Self-management of workloads under tight deadlines.
- Working collaboratively with our remote team.
- Inspiring the remote team through their on-point design execution and imaginative concepts.
Requirements
- The job holder must have a Degree from a reputable institution.
- The candidate must possess 1-3 years’ design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Experience with HTML and very specifically illustrator.
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
- Ability to handle projects from start to finish with minimal or no supervision.
