Job Summary
- As an Art Director, you will be responsible forleading the visual direction for digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality creative solutions.
- Our ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional who can play a keyrole in conceptualizing and executing visual content that meets client objectives and enhances brandidentities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual content across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into effective visual strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for visual differentiation.
- Present visual concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in art direction within a digital agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and digital design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other digital design tools.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
