Job Title: Agent Field Officer (Sales)
Locations: Adamawa, Sabo (Yaba) – Lagos, Rivers & Sokoto

Job Summary
- To recruit, manage and grow agent network whilst also ensuring that agents are motivated and profitable
Responsibilities
- Marketing and on-boarding of active agents monthly
- Ensuring that every agent under an AFO’s supervision carries out a minimum of ten transactions daily.
- Working directly with the Branch, Network, Area Sales and Regional Sales Managers to meet their various Agency Banking targets
- Managing agents, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly (not later than 24 hours), and escalating unresolved issues and monitoring the performances of these agents
- Training newly onboarded agents using the Bank’s training manual.
- Ensuring that agent locations are branded for visibility
- Ensuring that agents have the required merchandising materials such as transaction logbooks/receipt slips and ensure their effective usage.
- Joining in marketing campaigns – road show, storms, sales activation around agent clusters
- Channeling customers to agent locations
Requirements
- BSc (second class lower only) / HND
- Mininmum of one year experience as a sales/marketing person
- Excellenent communication skills
- Good selling and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Ms office suite
- Proximity to stated location.
Salary
N147,000 Monthly.
